    I got my car in Palo Alto and I am driving down to Los Angeles. I noticed the tire is loosing air, I stoped at this Herzt office and they couldn't help me. No cars to exchange, nobody can fix it, the advise was go back to Palo Alto (2 hours away north, a 4 hour delay on my trip) or fix the car myself! I am renting this car and I need to fix it?
    I had the worse experience renting a car, never again with this company!
