if there was anything lower than 1 star, I would have given to them. we moved out 7 months ago and our deposit finally was sent 2 months ago, but the remaining portion of the rent (with advanced 1 month notice) that we were supposed to receive was never credited. we were also charged for the cleaning, despite we were told that if we do it ourselves we wont be charged. I am glad that I took pictures while we moved out with deep cleaned sinks and faucets and bathroom and all room corners.
The employees and office never helped, despite my 25+ times calling and twice walking into their office and asking for my money. So, I dont really know how the people gave them 5 stars! You must be kidding.. :(
