The people and the way they treat you was amazing. But what I was EXTREMELY disappointed was on their billing. On the date of service, knowing which diagnostic exams I was going to have, while registering, I asked the total cost for today's visit. I notified that my insurance was not going to cover it, so I would have to pay out of pocket. They told me it was going to be 500.
I decided to pay half of it right on the visit. My surprise was that when the bill came, it came for double what I was told. When I called to clarify they told me that what I was told on the visit, in the office, by one of their employees, with knowledge of what was going to be taking place, was "AN ESTIMATE".
Given this, I will think twice before going, despite how amazing the nursing staff was to me.
