First City CrossFit at 2700 Garden Road, Monterey, California.

I often visit Monterey, and without a second thought I love coming to check out First City Crossfit. The community is so friendly and welcoming. The last two years they’ve even rallied to help me out with guest passes for the aquarium which was so helpful for my big family. The facility is very clean and the coaches definitely know their stuff. I was really impressed with their knowledge about mobility and strength especially when you’re doing crossfit it makes such a big difference! I would recommend this box to anyone visiting or moving to this area! Can’t wait to visit again :).
